Booking: We will book your hunt as far as one year in advance with a deposit. Call for open dates and seasons.
Prices:
- Basic “meat hunts” are $50.00 half day with a kill fee of $1.00 per pound. This is any hog with up to an inch of tusks. late evening hunts into the nite are best hunting success rates. Spot lighting legal for wild hunt. $100.00 for nite hunt.
Trophy Hunts are $350.00. This is any hog with tusks from one inch to 2.5 inches long.
Super Trophy Hunts are $450.00. This is any hog with over 2.5 inches of tusks.
- Trophy Hog Hunts with dogs and guides are $750.00 This is a Hog with over 2.5 inches of tusk.
*Note: All tusks are measured from the gum-line along the outside curve of the tooth.
- are cleaning and quartering. We can recommend an excellent taxidermist that specializes in hogs if you desire. If you have your own, we will cape your mount to his specifications.
Equipment: Hunters should bring their personal hunter safety belts, flashlights, insect repellant, appropriate camo clothing, video camera (if desired), and at least two coolers. Firearms should be of deer hunting calibers . Hogs are tough and difficult to put down so no .22 calibers, buckshot, or expanding broad heads allowed.
Licenses: No license is required to hunt hogs on private land in Louisiana. They can be hunted year round at the owner's discresion for more information.
