TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAFARIS
Plains Game Safari - 7 Days Minimum
Big Game Safari - 14 Days Minimum
"Big 5" Safari - 21 Days Minimum
DAILY RATE INCLUDES:
Service of experienced, professional hunters, trackers, skinners, camp staff Full accommodation and daily laundry
Preservation of trophies in the field DAILY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE :
Trophy fees for animals lost or killed
Accommodation and travel charges before and after the contracted safari period . The renting of rifles ($50 per day per rifle) and ammunition
Air travel expenses between initial and subsequent hunting areas
The hunting license covering all the game, which is purchased on your behalf
Transportation of trophies to taxidermist . Trophy dipping, packing, and freight, which is done by a local taxidermist at the client's expense Gratuities
TERMS OF BUSINESS
A DEPOSIT of 50% of the total daily rate is required to confirm a safari reservation. The balance is payable on arrival at the airport. Trophy fees are payable on completion of the safari. A refund of the deposit, minus costs incurred, will only be considered if the client cancels 60 days before the agreed starting date and an alternative party can be booked for the safari.
Safari charges become effective on the first day of the contracted period and end on the termination date agreed upon.
No refunds are allowed for late arrivals or early departures. Payment is to be made either in cash or traveler's checks or credit card (5% charge). Wounded and/or lost animals must be paid for in full. We reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice.
